Body Reset and Refresh: Detox this Spring for Renewed Energy!

Toxins are all around us—found in our food, water, medications, skincare products, household items, and even the air we breathe. How to Cleanse

Choose your preferred 14-day Designs for Health cleanse (Chocolate or Strawberry Vanilla) and follow this flexible daily routine:

  1. Drink two shakes per day – one for breakfast and one for dinner.
  2. Enjoy one balanced meal, preferably at lunch, but this can vary depending on your needs.
  3. Take supplement packets with breakfast and dinner.

How to Prepare a Delicious Shake

  1. Get a shaker bottle or NutriBullet type blender –keep your shakes cold.
  2. Customize your shake with these ingredients:
    • Frozen fruit (berries, peaches, pineapple, cherries)
    • Banana or dates for natural sweetness
    • Healthy fats (flax, chia, avocado, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds)
    • Non-dairy milk (coconut, oat, flax, hemp, pea, almond)
    • Flavor boosters (ginger, cinnamon, lemon, cocoa powder, maca, mushroom powder, apple)
  3. Blend and enjoy!
  4. If you feel great and want to extend the cleanse, you can continue for an additional 14 days to maximize the benefits.  To continue feeling great, many people continue a “half detox” for another month using just one shake and one packet of detox capsules each day.

Additional Guidelines

  • Healthy snacks are allowed (think fruit, nuts, veggies, hummus, and unsweetened nut butters).
  • Additional food with each shake is also permitted. Perhaps eggs for breakfast and a big salad for dinner, along with the shakes.
  • Avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, gluten, dairy, alcohol, soy, fried foods, and peanuts.

What’s in the Supplement Packets?

  • Detox Antiox – Promotes safe toxin elimination with amino acids and antioxidants. Take one capsule twice daily (breakfast and dinner).
  • Amino Detox – Supports liver and gall bladder (replacing the missing enzymes if you don’t have one) function and optimal detoxification. Each packet contains three capsules, taken twice daily.

Meal 1

  • Green salad with sprouts, olive oil, basil, and lemon
  • Baked cod with avocado salsa (avocado, tomato, red onion, capers, cilantro, cumin, cayenne, lime juice)

  • 1 cup black bean soup
  • Cabbage slaw with grilled chicken and apple cider vinegar

  • Grilled buffalo burger on a portobello mushroom
  • Roasted cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts

Meal 4

  • Grilled or steamed wild salmon
  • Steamed beets

Meal 5

  • Mixed greens salad with lemon-flavored flaxseed oil
  • Broiled chicken with peppers and garlic
  • ¼ cup wild rice or quinoa with steamed veggies

Meal 6

  • Baked cod with tomato pesto
  • Roasted green beans
  • Grilled turkey or chicken breast with sage
  • Baked sweet potato

Meal 7

  • Baked sole with lemon
  • Baked acorn or butternut squash
  • Steamed green and yellow beans with flax oil

Meal 8

  • Steamed kale
  • Grilled chicken with garlic pesto

Meal 9

  • 1 cup hearty vegetable soup
  • Grilled salmon
  • Steamed artichoke with lemon

Meal 10

  • Chicken salad (made with olive oil instead of mayo) wrapped in a lettuce leaf
  • Add-ins: grated carrots, avocado, or other veggies

Meal 11

  • Large mixed green salad with veggies
  • 3-4 oz grilled chicken or fish
  • Olive oil, lemon, and fresh herbs
