Both of the supplements below were key to my achievement in qualifying for the Boston Marathon and being pain free. Both require consistent use so that their effects build over time. Personally, my tell tale sign that they were helping was when I noticed about 3.5 weeks into taking them that I could walk down the stairs normally without pain. Together, I think of these products as “nature’s Advil.”
CT Joint Care is a unique blend of well researched anti-inflammatory herbs, antioxidant plant nutrients, and enzymes that break down damaged tissue to initiate repair. Why this product? It is a synergistic blend of beneficial nutrients in high enough doses to actually facilitate improvements. In the past, I had taken turmeric, ginger, boswellia, antioxidants, and proteolytic enzymes to no real effect. I hadn’t taken them in high enough doses or all together. The full dosage of this product is 3 capsules a day (for 150#-more if you are heavier) and I recommend that you take that amount consistently–at least until you notice benefits. I had tried dropping down to 1 or 2 a day after several months and the pain crept back in despite all of the other things that I have been doing to support my body. Take 1 with each meal and if you miss a meal, just add it to your next meal.
SPM Supreme is a highly specialized anti-inflammatory fatty acid. SPM stands for specialized pro-resolving mediator. You know how Omega 3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory? Imagine taking 8 or 9 fish oil capsules and extracting the actual useful anti-inflammatory nutrients and that is what SPMs are. On top of being anti-inflammatory, it promotes tissue repair and healing throughout your body. I would recommend taking 1 capsule a day with a meal and then increasing it as needed based on pain. Not only does this product benefit someone with pain, but it is great for protecting the cardiovascular system, improving eye health, and brain health. This supplement is one of my top three most useful supplements for any client of mine! Ideally, you would keep this product in the refrigerator for long term storage but it is ok in your weekly pill case at room temperature or with travel.

Oh! I was only taking one SPM a day. I guess I need to increase this!
