Grain-Free Chocolate Apple Muffins


1 large apple, shredded (it is best to place in paper towels and ‘ring out’ the excess water)
1 cup nut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt


Preheat oven at 375.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Line muffin pan with liners.Spoon mixture into muffin pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
