Crabby Deviled Egss


6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
2 TBSP mayonnaise*
1/2 tsp stone-ground brown mustard
1/4 cup lump crab meat, shells removed
1 TBSP chives, chopped
Sea salt, to taste


Remove yolks. Add mayo and mustard and mash together.

Stir in crab meat and return yolk mixture to the white of the egg.

Sprinkle with chives and sea salt.

Note: You may need to add more mayonnaise if mixture is too dry.
