Chocolate Overnight Oats


2 cups rolled oats
2 TBSP cocoa powder
2 TBSP chocolate protein powder
2 TBSP chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut yogurt or greek yogurt (low/no added sugar)
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1-2 TBSP maple syrup
mini chocolate chips


Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Then add wet ingredients and mix again. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight. Alternately, spoon the mixture into individual cups or glass jars and chill. Serve cold.

This breakfast treat also makes a great dessert!
