Vita-Lea Women is great as a prenatal/postnatal vitamin.  Vita-Lea Women contains optimized micronutrient levels including 800 mcg of folic acid, 200 mcg of iodine and 18 mg of iron. NOTE: Labeling a product as a “prenatal” requires a dual column Supplement Facts box – one column for regular use, one column for prenatal nutritional requirements. The label for the 120 tablet size is not big enough to support the required content,  so it does not say “prenatal” like the 240 tablet size does  – but be assured both bottles contain the same formula of Vita-Lea Women.
