Danielle is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) who uses her deep understanding of biochemistry and nutrition to create personalized health protocols which include dietary changes with supplement and botanical recommendations, that are based on functional and conventional lab reviews, for each client.
She is a long-time practitioner of the mind-body modalities of yoga, meditation, and athletics, and enjoys weaving these nervous system balancing therapies and activities into her personal life and client work to encourage positive lifestyle changes.
Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, reading, skiing, practicing yoga and barre, and cooking healthy meals for her children.
