Ingredients
A few of your favorite cucumbers
Whole grain tempeh (the best way to cook is to boil for 20 minutes, let cool, and then crumble)
A sprinkle of ground flax seed
A splash of Italian dressing/as much as you would like
Directions
Chop cucumbers, crumble tempeh, and toss in the dressing
Top with ground flax and toss…enjoy!!
