- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 10 to 16 ounces of water, to taste
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add more spices if needed
Makes a great coffee replacement in the morning and is chock-full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory!
