• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 10 to 16 ounces of water, to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add more spices if needed

Makes a great coffee replacement in the morning and is chock-full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory!
