• 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 egg
  • Garlic and onion salt
  • Water, use a little at a time so you can get the consistency of the burgers correct


  1. Grind the nuts and mix with the rest of the ingredients to a consistency that will stick together.
  2. Either grill on foil or sauté in butter.  Yum!
