- A few of your favorite cucumbers
- Whole grain tempeh (the best way to cook is to boil for 20 minutes, let cool, and then crumble)
- A sprinkle of ground flax seed
- A splash of Italian dressing/as much as you would like
- Chop cucs, crumble tempeh and toss in the dressing
- Top with ground flax and toss…enjoy!!
