Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4  tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients.
  2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
