- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer (you can also whisk).
- Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and pour 1/8 cup batter onto hot griddle.
- Cook 2 minutes on each side and serve.
