• 2 cups almond flour
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Lemon zest or extract


  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Form into a roll and wrap in plastic. Place in fridge for at least one hour before baking.
  4. Slice and shape into balls. Flatten and place slivered almond on top.
  5. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until browned.
