- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise*
- 1/2 tsp. stone ground brown mustard
- ¼ cup lump crab meat, shells removed
- 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
- Sea salt, to taste
- Remove yolks. Add mayo and mustard and mash together.
- Stir in crab meat and return yolk mixture to the white of the egg.
- Sprinkle with chives and sea salt
You may need to add more mayonnaise if mixture is too dry
