• 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise*
  • 1/2 tsp. stone ground brown mustard
  • ¼ cup lump crab meat, shells removed
  • 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste


  • Remove yolks. Add mayo and mustard and mash together.
  • Stir in crab meat and return yolk mixture to the white of the egg.
  • Sprinkle with chives and sea salt


You may need to add more mayonnaise if mixture is too dry
