Equal parts of the following:

  • Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • Honey
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Almonds (or other nut)

Directions:

  1. Blend in a small food processor. Add 1 tbsp. coconut.
  2. Bake in mini cupcake pan at 275 for 40 minutes. Allow to cool and remove.
