Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 4 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract, optional

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the banana and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and pulse to mix evenly.
  3. Pour into a container and chill for an hour.
