- 5 yellow squash
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- ½ cup of cream
- 2 Tbs of butter
- ½ cup of Glutino Original Crackers
- Cook the squash and onion together. Then drain and mash. Return to pan.
- Add 1/2 cup cream and 2 tablespoons butter to above mixture. Stir well.
- Butter a 9×9 baking dish and add the above ingredients. Crush about 1/2 cup gluten free crackers and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
