• 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp. diced onion*
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder*
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin*
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder*
  • ¼ tsp. paprika*
  • ½ of a lime, juiced
  • ¼ to ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (because I love cilantro)*
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mash all of the above with a fork. (If you like it creamy, place all ingredients in a food processor and puree to desired consistency.)

*These amounts are approximate as I do not measure them. At times I will also add fresh diced tomatoes or peppers.
