- 2 onions
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3-4 medium diced red potatoes
- 6-8 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 lb kale/spinach, fresh or frozen, chopped
Saute the onions and turkey.
Add Chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes, tomatoes and kale.
Simmer till the veggies are tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Delicious with warm crusty bread.
