Monica Dobbs is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Nutrition at the Maryland University of Integrated Health. Her passion is to use a holistic approach to help her clients reach wellness and optimal health. As a bilingual (Spanish) nutritionist, Monica promotes health and wellbeing by the implementation of Whole Foods and supplementation. During her career, she’s had the opportunity to coach a diversity of clients in the areas of nutrition, diabetes, hypertension, inflammation, chronic pain, IBS, and a variety of eating disorders.
