Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Meat-free meal ideas!

I recently made a mindful decision to incorporate more plant-based meals into my life. Since I’ve been a long time fan of the Paleo diet, I battled a bit with this one, but as we know there is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and that our needs can change over time.

I am happy that I was able to let go of some of my expectations and really listen to my body. The transformation has been enlightening. Of course it’s all about balance, so if my body wants a steak, by golly I will have one.

But for now, I will continue to enjoy my plant-based diet and share some of the awesome recipes I’ve been making over the paste few weeks. Not only are they tasty, they are also satisfying.
