When I started the detox program I expected to have more of a physical change (more bathroom time, feeling hungry, etc.) but what I got was the awareness of how different foods react with my body. Once I removed processed foods and I slipped and had some….the reaction was very obvious that I ate something that I shouldn’t have. Will I totally eliminate processed food….no. However, I am more aware of the effects it will have on me, helping pass on certain things that make me feel more sluggish.
