After one month of dietary change, along with protein smoothies, supplements and low dose progesterone, I am happy to report that for the first time in several years I have my old “super bowel” performance back and that my menstrual period was almost normal (only 5 days, no giant clots and cramps for only one day). And, I have a lot more energy–closer to my old self. Thanks Monica for making such a difference!
