Ah, summertime is upon us! That means vacation, fun, and time with the family. Most of us don’t want to worry about our diets while we are playing in the sun. I know for me, it’s very easy to fall out of my normal eating habits, especially when there is pizza and ice cream around every corner. The good news is that it is now easier to make good choices and continue to feel great.

I have researched and read reviews for some of the popular gluten-free spots on the East Coast. Of course there will be more than what’s listed, but this will give you a start when planning your summer of fun.

First up, one of my favorite places on the planet, Rehoboth Beach, DE.

I spent 22 summers here with my family while I was growing up. I often remind my parents of what a bad decision they made when they gave up investing in a summer beach house. 😉  I can still smell Dolle’s fresh popped popcorn and Grottos Pizza!
