Ingredients:

  • Small-sized piece of ginger, washed and sliced thinly
  • 6-8 oz. of hot water
  • 1 tsp. honey

Directions:

  1. Add 6 slices of ginger to a mug.
  2. Pour hot water over the slices.
  3. Steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Add honey, if desired.
