• 1 cup uncooked millet
  • 3 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup chopped figs
  • Sliced pineapple (or berries)
  • Nuts of choice, crushed (I like using walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional


  1. In a medium pot, combine millet and coconut milk on the stove top. (You can also add this to a crock pot and allow to cook on low for 4 hours)
  2. Remove from stove and stir in vanilla.
  3. Add fruit, figs, and nuts.
  4. Enjoy!
