- 1 cup uncooked millet
- 3 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 2/3 cup chopped figs
- Sliced pineapple (or berries)
- Nuts of choice, crushed (I like using walnuts or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- In a medium pot, combine millet and coconut milk on the stove top. (You can also add this to a crock pot and allow to cook on low for 4 hours)
- Remove from stove and stir in vanilla.
- Add fruit, figs, and nuts.
