• 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds*  (optional)
  • 1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond, coconut, hemp, or cashew milk
  • Ice, if desired
