- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. dill weed
- Salt to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients, except chicken.
- Coat the chicken breasts with mixture and place in a 9X13 pan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Add grated parmesan to uncovered dish and place back in oven until slightly browned.
