• 1 pkg. organic, non-GMO tofu
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm. red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cp. curry sauce (I used Pataks Hot Curry Sauce)


  1. Heat coconut oil in pan, add tofu and saute’ until golden brown
  2. Add garbanzo beans, onions, peppers, and curry sauce
  3. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

Serve with Jasmine Rice or Ezekial Pita
