• 2 cans black beans, drainedblack bean hummus
  • 4-6 Tbsp. of your favorite salsa
  • 2 tsps. cumin
  • 2 tsps. lemon juice


  1. Blend in food processor until all ingredients are incorporated
  2. Salt and pepper and garlic to taste
  3. Serve with veggies or any chip you like or wrap it in a burrito or throw it on some bread
