- 2 cans black beans, drained
- 4-6 Tbsp. of your favorite salsa
- 2 tsps. cumin
- 2 tsps. lemon juice
- Blend in food processor until all ingredients are incorporated
- Salt and pepper and garlic to taste
- Serve with veggies or any chip you like or wrap it in a burrito or throw it on some bread
