There are 2 versions you can use for these: Cream Pops or Ice Pops

Cream Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 whole bananas
  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients and place in 6 popsicle molds.
  • Leave room at the top for expansion of popsicles as they freeze.
  • Insert handles (or sticks).
  • Freeze 4-6 hours.

Ice Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ½ cup seltzer
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 packet or 3 drops of liquid stevia OR 1 tbsp. honey

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients and place in 6 popsicle molds.
  • Mix seltzer, lemon juice, and stevia/honey until well mixed.
  • Slowly pour over fruit in molds.
  • Leave room at the top for expansion of popsicles as they freeze.
  • Insert handles (or sticks).
  • Freeze 4-6 hours.
