Ingredients:

  • A few of  your favorite cucumbers
  • Whole grain tempeh (the best way to cook is to boil for 20 minutes, let cool, and then crumble)
  • A sprinkle of ground flax seed
  • A splash of Italian dressing/as much as you would like

Directions:

  1. Chop cucs, crumble tempeh and toss in the dressing
  2. Top with ground flax and toss…enjoy!!
