Ingredients:

  • 1 pound turnips
  • 1 tbps. olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Directions:

  • Trim and quarter turnips
  • Add olive oil and garlic to a fying pan and heat until garlic starts to sizzle
  • Add turnips and sauté 5-7 minutes or until slightly crispy
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
