Ingredients:

bunch of kale, washed, cut into 2’ pieces with ribs removes (about 3 cups)
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Toss the kale with the olive oil and salt.
Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, mixing once half-way through. You should keep your eye on it while it’s baking to ensure it doesn’t burn. The kale should be crispy, not brown.
