Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ½  cup olive oil
  • ¼  cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/8 cup fresh basil, copped
  • 1 tbsp. dried terragon
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Add first 4 ingredients to a food processor. Slowly add olive oil a little at a time, and purée until creamy.
  2. Gently stir in herbs.
  3. Chill and serve.
