Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond butter
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp.  rice vinegar
2 tbsp. peanuts, crushed

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix 1st 4 ingredients. You may need to add more orange juice to get to desired consistency.    Sprinkle with peanuts and serve with your favorite veggies.
